• Operations :

  Hyperonline deliver the goods which are available on the technology platform shown as App to the merchant. The availability of the selected product by the merchant is recieved to ensure the the right quality is procured from genuine source and hence the operations involved in procurement define the availability based on instant market situations and services to the merchant.

• Deliveries

  We work with our delivery partner who will deliver the goods to the location mentioned by the merchant at the time of ordering. We refer the data given by the user / merchant. We use the data of location and contact number to ensure the delivery to the merchant is done properly

• Buying engagement

  Merchants buy the stock from the app, hyperonline owned by sges deliver the goods through third party under supervision and quality check.

• Quality standards

  Quality of the products are checked and then the same is approved for the trade. Quality standards defined for each product as per the norms of food safety.
  Speciation mentioned for the product as per the seasonality and safe handling are also mentioned in the product description. Once the product is ordered by the merchant we proceed to deliver as per the specifications mentioned in the product description.

• Availability:

  Products shown in the app are based on the availability and standard of the quality. Hyperonline will review the quality of the product and may approve to ship the product or not to ship the product keeping in account the quality and shelflife of the product.

• Pricing:

The price can be referred to as discounted price based on the offers or promotions given. • Delivery:

  The timeline of the Delivery is always a next day delivery. Any special request from the merchant can be engaged based on the need . The merchant can contact the person representing the delivery through the WhatsApp facility given on the homepage.

Terms of use to engage trade with hyperonline.

• a. Merchant has to pay for the goods received. Goods invoices by hyperonline on the party referred to a merchant will be the final document to indicate the amount of the goods supplied.

• b. Merchant need to check the invoice and proceed to the payment. Upon checking and confirmation , the payment need to be done at the time of delivery.

• c. Delivery location If the delivery has to be given in a higher than 1st floor, it is the merchants responsibility to provide assistance to our delivery partner to take the stocks. Or provide the lift assistance
